If you would like to use your Zyla gift card without paying the standard booking deposit, please complete the form below. We’ll review availability and contact you via text within 24 hours to assist with reserving your appointment.

Prefer to book right away? You are also welcome to view our available appointments and book online through our regular booking system. The required deposit will be charged to your credit card when you book. At the time of your service, we’ll refund the deposit to the credit card used for booking and apply your gift card toward your appointment instead.
