We look forward to welcoming you to Zyla. Please review the information below before your appointment for directions, parking and a few simple ways to prepare for your visit.
PARKING
There are no parking spaces immediately in front of Salon Lofts.
We recommend using the parking garage located behind the stores on Red Hawk Lane off of Russel Branch Pkwy. For the easiest access, park near the Tesla charging area on the second level of the parking garage. From there, take the stairs and/or elevator out of the garage and enter through the back entrance of Salon Lofts, which leads directly to the hallway where Loft 12 is located.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Once inside Salon Lofts, head down the middle hallway to Loft 12. If the door to Loft 12 is closed when you arrive, we're likely finishing with another guest. Please have a seat in one of the orange chairs inside Salon Lofts near either entrance.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
A few things to know before you arrive.
A little preparation helps you settle in and enjoy your Head Spa experience from the moment you arrive.
PREPARING FOR YOUR HEAD SPA
Arrive with your hair and scalp washed within the last 24 hours for optimal results.
Wear comfortable, non-bulky clothing. Please avoid sweaters, sweatshirts and hoodies.
You will remain fully dressed throughout your service. Robes or change garments are not provided.
Feel free to bring or wear a clean pair of socks, if desired.
Please remove all earrings before your appointment.
If you would like to enjoy the face massage portion of your service, we recommend arriving without face makeup. Eye makeup is perfectly fine.
We recommend using the restroom before your appointment so you can enjoy your experience without interruption.
Please silence your phone upon arrival to help us preserve a tranquil, peaceful environment.
YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME
Your service time and space have been thoughtfully reserved just for you. Arriving on time allows us to provide the full, unhurried experience you've selected.
HAIR + SCALP REMINDERS
Your scalp must be fully accessible during your Head Spa. We are unable to perform Head Spa services over hair extensions, braids or sew-ins. These will need to be removed prior to your appointment.
